Option 1: The simple connection between owner and tenant.
You give us the publication of your apartment on our website and we take care of the marketing, the linking, and the rent. At the beginning of each month you will receive the integrality of the rental cost as well as a complete record of your activity and a tax return help.
Schindler Rentals take care of:
- Publishing your apartment on the website,
- receiving the rent and the security deposit,
- having the rental agreement signed by the tenant.
Your job will be to:
- Welcome your tenant,
- Make a full inventory at the check-in and check-out,
- Assist your tenant during his stay (if necessary),
- Give a comfortable and high quality accommodation.
This option is totally FREE for the owner. It requires a management mandate signature.
Option 2 : Schindler Rentals fully managed your apartment
In that case, you give us the entire management of your property. You have nothing to take care of:
- Welcome the tenant,
- Receive the rent/security deposit and have the rental agreement signed,
- Check-in and check-out inventory,
- Accommodation maintenance,
- Assist the tenant during his stay.
This option requires and exclusive management mandate.
Your are a luxury guesthouse owner or you want to become one, SCHINDLER RENTALS offers you to publish your guesthouse and benefits from its advantages (marketing, good referencing on the internet, manage the deposit, its safeguards as a real estate agency, secured payment and invoices).
This service is totally FREE for the owner.
Your job will be to welcome your customers and make their stay enjoyable.
The owner obligations
The owner oblige himself to:
- give an accommodation and its furniture in a good condition for use and operation as mentioned in the inventory,
- welcome the tenant in the best way possible (option N°1),
- provide peaceable or quiet enjoyment of leased property (in the terms of the article 1721 of the French Civil Code),
- be in accordance with the legal insurance obligation,
- be easily reachable by phone in case of problem during the leasing,
- give an accommodation as described in the management mandate and as described on our website,
- remove all your personal belongings from your apartment,
- contact Schindler rentals in case you decide to change the design of your accommodation,
- contact Schindler Rentals to give all the informations needed on the apartment availability.
